Mountain View is a cosy home from home ideally situated for accessing either the mountains for walking or the Zip World in Bethesda, both of which are a 10 min stroll away! There’s a wealth of activities & amenities available within walking distance of the door. The house is family & pet friendly, & Bethesda is a great spot for a relaxing getaway. The village is well equipped with a Tesco Express, cafes, pubs, range of take aways and Bangor is only 10 minutes down the road! NOW WITH A HOT TUB!!! The house benefits from views out over Penrhyn Quarry, the Carneddi mountain range and on a clear day you can even see as far as Anglesey! The house itself is an old stone built property which is spacious and naturally light and airy. There’s wooden floors throughout and comfy furniture that’ll make you feel right at home. New for October 2019 is a hot tub in the rear garden for your own personal use. The space is a suitable bolthole for keen ramblers as you can literally walk out of the back door and out onto the hills, then return in the evening to relax and put your feet up. Or perhaps visit the traditional Welsh local pub which is on the opposite side of the road! Mountain View benefits from a private double parking space which is off road around the rear of the property. The host lives 2 minutes down the road so is on hand to answer any questions. Mountain View is a 5 minute walk from Zip World in Penrhyn Quarry. Plus it is easily accessible by only a 10 minute drive to Bangor and the A55. Snowdon is a 20 minute drive down the A5. Betws-Y-Coed is 25 minutes away and you can be on Anglesey in under 15 minutes. If you’re a keen hill walker then you can park up the car upon arrival and not use it again until it is time to leave. The area is also popular with cyclists - both road bikers and mountain bikers alike. There are regular buses from Bethesda towards Ogwen and Bangor. Taxis are reasonably priced and easy to book.
