A gite of 100 m2 in a quiet area in the middle of nature. A large and beautiful garden and a secured swimming pool. Fully equipped for children and families. Free private parking. 30 minutes of beaches as Mechers. Private terrace and barbecue. A living room of about 70 m2, three sofas in the living room (one of which can be converted into a double bed), a TV with free programs from the UK, as well as French TV, Netflix and Youtube. A DVD player and lots of books and toys for children as well as many DVD movies for adults and children. Free wifi internet access 4g. I will be available throughout your stay. We live in the domain. We are surrounded by farms and countryside. The nearest supermarket is 3 minutes by car or 10 minutes by bike. Supermarkets and shopping center 10 minutes by car (in Pons and Gémozac). A car is necessary to come. Once on site we provide free bikes for adults and children (with helmet, wheels, baby seat, trailer). A deposit of 300 euros will be asked for and will be returned to you after the inventory of fixtures has been carried out together. We ask you to leave the gîte as you found it in a clean and tidy state (products and all the necessary cleaning items are at your disposal). If you do not wish to do the cleaning, the fixed price is 60 euros (there are 100 square metres to clean +/- 4 hours of cleaning). It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the gîte.
