THIS IS A SMOKE FREE PROPERTY. Quiet cul de sac property within 100 mtrs of public transport, 500 mtrs of the 2.5 mile sea wall offering views of the lake district. Local shops, a pub, a bar, Fleetwood ferry and churches 5 minutes walk away. The ferry port itself was immortalised by L. S. Lowry who spent time painting the scene. Easy access to the Lake District and Peak District. Blackpool is a 45 minute drive away or an hour on public transport. This is a calm, animal free, smoke free, peaceful house. If you're looking to escape mayhem and chaos come say 'hi'. Most rooms are available to use guests are welcome to make a 'brew'☕🍵 but not cook. There is a separate access which guests are encouraged to use. I'm happy to engage in conversation🗣️, for guests to join me watching TV📺, to playing board games🎲♟️♣️♦️♥️♠️ or cards. Knott End on Sea is a quiet, seemingly unspoiled village on the opposite bank of the River Wyre to Fleetwood, the river opens out into the Irish Sea. The lake district is clearly visible most days, as is Lancaster and Blackpool Tower can be seen from the Ferry terminal. There is a bakery, butchers, newsagent, fresh fish shop, greengrocer, two convenience stores, post office, pet shop, cafés, library, optician and beauty salons so we are well served in consumer needs. There is also a large medical practice. Public transport is great during the day but there is a very sparce service after 7pm. Fleetwood ferry does not operate at low tide. Transport access to the M55, M6 and all major A roads to Lancaster, Blackpool, Manchester, the Lake District, Morcambe, the Trough of Bowland and the northern most Pennines are all within easy reach. Shared shower room, need I say more, if you can whistle that's a bonus 🚿😉😂 Breakfast can be provided, porridge or toast🍞 & jam/marmalade/marmite, or bacon 🥓& egg, or scrambled/poached/fried egg on toast,🍳 with tea or coffee.
