Cosy appartment close to DTU

Cosy two-storey appartment (90 sqm) in high-end area close to DTU. All is small: entrance, kitchen with dining area, livingroom: open for sun-bathing. Common balcony outside of kitchen. Safe environment. Beautiful forrests surround Søllerød. Basic shopping within the area. Close to public transportation. Can be shared by a family or by 3-4 people (sharing a Queen size bed😊) Please notice! My cat stays in the appartment. He has his own entrance, but must be fed every day😊 The appartment is 90 sqm. It contains a Living room, a kitchen for dining, a bathroom with a bathtub, and 3 bedrooms: one room with a Queen size bed (140 /200 cm). One room with a large single bed (120/200 cm) and a room with a normal single bed (90/200). These two single beds are not suitable for very tall people unless you move them away from the walls. The room with the Queen size bed Can only be shared by a couple. Søllerød Park is a secluded area with a small forrest, a lake, a fire-place, grill areas, a petanque field, a football field, tabletennis, playgrounds for kids, and first of all: great neighbours! I am always available. Just leave a messsage on the phone, and I’ll get back. The more communication, the more joy😀 Søllerød is a High end town. You should be polite to those around you: smile and greet. (Don’t feel embarrished if people don’t return your smile. Some people are too shy to greet). A smile and a greeting will take you far: so many interesting people live here: Professors at DTU, opera singers, architects, musicians, entrepreneurs, specialist doctors, etc There is a bus stop right outside of the park. The bus takes you to Holte train station in a few minutes. If you come by car: Please, please do not park your car at an empty lot with a number! - Park your car at the visitors’ slots to your left. If you cannot find an empty parking space in Søllerød park without a number, just park at the area between Skodsborgvej and vangebovej. Søllerød is a suprême High-end area! Real-estate prices and property-taxes are high! But if you like nice surroundings, forrests all around yoy, being close to DTU (20 min walking distance), easy public transportation (30 min to Copenhagen city center by bus or train). 10 min bycycling to the beach….
