BBQ available on request for a small fee to cover gas costs. I have private quarters attached to the rear of the property but this does not infringe on your stay and at most times you would not know if I was there or not. Ideally situated between the Potteries in Stoke and Central Manchester, this is ideal for tourists or business people who want to stay in the heart of Cheshire for as little or as long as you like. Situated 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Knutsford you will be only a stones throw away from the bustling restaurants and cafes in one of Cheshire most attractive areas. Guest will have access to their own bathrooms, open plan kitchen, spacious lounge with flat screen tv, and attractive private gardens. Generally I will welcome you initially, show you the house environment, and then leave you to it. Though I will always be on hand for help, advice and local logistics when you need it. A quiet hamlet between Holmes Chapel and Knutsford. Some charming pubs less than 5 minutes drive away, including the renowned Three Greyhounds Pub. Historic Knutsford is also a stones throw away! - Plenty of local taxi firms - I can also ferry people around where there is advance notice. - Private Car or rental car is advisable where possible Please note that glitter and confetti is not allowed to be used in or surrounding the property as I have had guests leave carpets and bedding covered which cost hundreds of pounds to clean up . If used you will be charged for the clean up. Please leave the property as you would like to find it when you arrived , Please note the cleaning fee is only £25 and covers some of the cost towards cleaning products and not the labour involved.
