Charming large house with pool near La Rochelle and the ocean. This charming house is composed of two buildings: - The ground floor of the main house is composed of : a spacious living room, a dining room, a TV room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. - The second floor of the main house is composed of : 4 bedrooms and 2 other bathrooms. - The ground floor of the outbuilding ("la Longère") is composed of : a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen. - The second floor of the outbuilding ("la Longère") is composed of : 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. - The outside is composed of : a wide private garden, a private pool, 2 barbecues, outdoor tables and a private secured parking into the inner courtyard. The property with the two buildings is rented from early July to the end of August. From early May to the end of June, and from early September to the end of October the main house is rented alone for 11 people. (Announcement on this website) From early November to the end of April the outbuilding ("la Longère") is rented alone for 8 to 10 people. (Announcement on this website) The region is rich in tourist and cultural assets, sport activities and geographical sites. The ocean is just 20 minutes far by car, such as La Rochelle with its old harbour and its fantastic aquarium. Sheets and toilet towels available on extras if needed : 15€/person. A tourist tax at 0,8€ per adult and per night is required by the county.
