Beautiful Georgian maisonette, located on the edge of the Bath city centre with easy access to the M4. The house consists of 2 large double bedrooms with bathrooms. A great living room with sofa bed and a high spec kitchen. A large private garden with built in BBQs and fire pit ensure a truly luxurious stay. There is also private off street parking for 2 at the back of the house. Our property is especially unique as you have the best of both worlds with it being located centrally as well as feeling like you in the countryside. Out the back you look over a private garden area as well as the Kensington Meadow & the River Avon. Guests will have complete access to the maisonette spread over 2 floors, as well as a very large private garden with fire pit and BBQ area please note you can find pillows for the outdoor space in the shed at the top of the garden. please ensure they are returned to the shed each night so the don't get wet or damaged. We are available for any questions during your stay and mobile numbers will be shared with guests prior to their arrival. Our home is in a lovely neighbourhood which has various local restaurants, bars, coffee shops and shopping (grocery & other). There is a also a cycle/ foot path along the river which you can enjoy some of the local countryside and the Bathampton Mill for a pit stop pint. As stated there are 2 private parking space round the back of the property, there is plenty space for more cars if necessary. It is a 10 minute walk into the top of the city centre. Taxis Ubers and buses are also readily available into town.
