Stunning views, own dock and boat

Our house has a stunning view and is right by the sea with its own dock. This is a house for nature and sea lovers! Its immersed in nature located by the sea in a nature reserve. It has its own dock, we will let you borrow our boat with an outdoor engine. Its completely private but still close to the stunning old fishermans village of Grundsund where you have shops, cafés and restaurants. Our house suit both families and couples. This house is truly unique in that you are completely private. In early or late season you can take your morning dip in the sea or post sauna dip au naturel, You can pick mushrooms and take walks in the forest behind the house that is located in a nature reserve. You might even see a moose! You take our boat into the local shops or if you feel like a restaurant visit. You can also walk in if you prefer not to use the car - its 2 km. Its a beautiful old gravel road leading through meadows and stone walls from the 1700. If you become guests in our house you will have the house for yourself. We will however be reachable by phone or e-mail if questions come up. The house was built in the sixties but has undergone a complete renovation. ( A curiosity that might interest you is that it was built by former heavy weight champion Ingemar Johansson!) It now has all utilities as washing machine, dishwasher, sauna. It has a terrace in the east for the morning sun and the western terrace for the evening barbecues. Indoors you have three bedrooms with closets. One big space that includes kitchen. The kitchen has oven, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge, freezer..... We have a charming sauna outside. Take a run in the forest, have a sauna and a dip in the sea and then sit down for a drink on the west terrace while someone else barbecues - your in heaven! We have big glass doors and windows all around the house so even if you sit inside you will feel the presence of the sea. The house will be clean and ready for you when you arrive. We will forward clear instructions for you and you will be able to open the door via the code lock. The beds will be made for you and the towels placed out will be the once you can use. I prefer to talk and communicate with you before you travel to the house so that you know what to expect and feel informed about the house and the surroundings. Grundsund and Islandsberg are beautiful places located in stunning Bohuslän. In Grundsund you can find nice restaurants, a good ICA store, some clothes shops, cafes, a fish shop. You can go for a yoga class and you can rent a kayak, or take kayaking lessons. We love having dinner at Pelles Rökeri that must have the most beautiful sunset possible (and a nice menu!). There are two different places for tennis close by, in Grundsund and in Fiskebäckskil. You have an 18 hole golf course in Fiskebäckskil "Skaftö GK" and there is also a good pay and play nine holes in Grundsund. You can be as active or inactive as you prefer! You can park the car in the forest where we have created a natural parking space, you either take the boat to take the stuff or just load it onto our wheel barrow and take the small gravel road that leads to the house 250 meters
