2-Br at Vinia Residences [Minimum 1 month stay]

A two bedroom unit located at 23rd floor, Vinia Residences + Versaflats, Brgy. Philam, EDSA, Quezon City. A very accessible location with proximity to a shopping mall and MRT station, and well furnished interior for a good rest when in Metro Manila. The location very near to the North Avenue MRT (train station). There are also three major malls around the area that are within a short walking distance. Guest can access the Building Amenities: • Mini Garden (same floor) • Rooftop pool/ Infinity pool (8 am to 8 pm) with a fee (200php per head on weekdays and 300php per head on weekend) [SUBJECT TO COVID19 PROTOCOLS] • Fitness studio/ Gym with a fee (300php per head-minimum for 3hrs) [SUBJECT TO COVID19 PROTOCOLS] • Business Centre [SUBJECT TO COVID19 PROTOCOLS] • Free wi-fi on the lobby • Function Hall/ Meeting Rooms (requires advance booking) [SUBJECT TO COVID19 PROTOCOLS] • CCTV's and 24/7 Secured facility Guests can communicate with me via my account, email, and text through my phone. I will have a representative attending your needs to make sure the stay is smooth. 1 min walk to North Avenue MRT ***IMPORTANT COVID19 Protocols*** 1) Please be informed that Vinia residences require all guests to be registered and have proof (copy) of Medical Certificate signed by a Physician/ City official/ Barangay Health Office stating that you are not COVID19 confirmed or suspected of. 2) For those who arrived from abroad: -Accomplished Declaration Form indicating health condition and travel history -A copy of the passport with date of entry to the Philippines; -Copy of the clearance from the Bureau of Quarantine stating that they have already completed the required 14-day quarantine set by the government (the original clearance shall be presented to the PMO) 3) All guests are required to present themselves for temperature check upon entry and must register below 37.5 C of temperature. If above 37.5 C, the guest/s will not be allowed entry. 4) Guest/s must accomplish the health declaration forms provided by Vinia upon check-in. 5) Check-in time is only from 1pm to 5pm. 6) Guest/s must wear face masks at all times outside the room and in common areas. 7) Visitors are strictly not allowed. ****** As much we would love to accommodate you, early check-in and late check-out are NOT guaranteed unless advised and notified by us. Check out is 11 am. Please understand, we have to prepare and clean on time the unit for the next coming guest. Please maintain the cleanliness of the unit as if it's your own. Turn off the aircon and lights every time you go out and make sure that the room is locked. For longer stay, we recommend cleaning the unit every week of stay. Please feel free to call us to make the request. An added service fee of Php800 or US$15 per request/ cleaning service (will be billed & paid upon cleaning). Cleaning services will include changing of linens/ bedsheet & pillowcases, vacuuming of floor, toilet and bathroom cleaning. Also, for additional guests, there is an added service fee of Php500 or US$10. We require the names of all the guests prior to checking in as these are required by the building admin. Upon check-in, you will be required to present valid IDs to admin security. Please notify us immediately if there are any damages in the room so we can resolve the issue accordingly. Cancellations will be processed by Airbnb. If you plan to stay long term, the rental amount is negotiable. If you require parking, please inform us and we can arrange a parking slot in the building (300php/night).
