Garden Loft/Studio Sleeps 2

Nestled in the leafy suburb of Dore, on the edge of the Peak District and Sheffield. Self contained garden studio, with open plan kitchen/living room, shower room and upstairs attic style bedroom with double bed , sloping ceiling with some restricted height,& garden view. Private garden space & alfresco dining area for own use. Due to the coronavirus, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations. Guests have access through owners garden. Kitchen area with hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle. Sitting area with television, and internet access .Downstairs toilet and shower room. Stairs from sitting room lead up to bedroom with double bed. Loft style sloped ceiling.Bed linen, towels and toilet roll provided. Towels and bedding will be changed if stay is over a week. Ideally situated for easy access either by car or public transport to the city centre, beautiful local walks and the nearby Peak District. Private garden area with alfresco dining space. Ample parking on road outside owners house. Key available from a safe place, guests will be advised prior to arrival.Owners will usually be around and contactable during your stay. Depending on the length of stay we may call in person once to check everything ok. Other than that we leave our guests to enjoy their stay in peace and quiet, but are more than happy to have a chat or answer questions as they arise. There is a Cafe, a Tesco Express and buses to Central Sheffield & The Peak District National Park at the end of our road, 2 minutes walk away. There are several pubs and restaurants in the local area which serve good food. 15 minutes walk to local train station - with trains to Sheffield City Centre and Derbyshire. 2 minute walk to regular buses into centre of Sheffield and Derbyshire. Parking for cars available on road outside property. Check in from 3pm check out 12pm. May be able to negotiate earlier or later times individually: dependant on other bookings. Basic hairdryer provided. Please note there is a hob and microwave but no oven. This property is not suitable for babies or children. 2 adult guests only please. No smoking . No pets.
