Warramba is set on 100 acres of regenerated farmland in the Greater Blue Mountains. The 1890s homestead has been lovingly restored as a bolthole for the world-weary. Sheer sandstone cliffs surround the property, brimming with native wildlife. Kangaroos, wombats, goannas and birds — including the endangered Regent Honeyeater — dash through the ironbark. Historic Rylstone and the world-famous Wollemi National Parks are a 25-minute-drive away. We have a strict no pets policy. Warramba has been featured in Country Style Magazine and Marie Claire. The property was also included in the list of finalists for the Dezeen International Design Awards. Warramba is also a fashion shoot location, hosting brands including Scanlan Theodore, We Are Kindred and My General Store. The homestead sleeps six. You can extend your group to eight with our sumptuous bell tent. There are three bedrooms — one king and two queens. The master king suite can be configured to sleep two singles, perfect for little ones and close friends. Prices start at $400 per night for couples — with an additional $75 for each guest. The tent is an additional $150 per night. You can book it for one or more nights during your stay. Just let us know when you book. The entire 100 acres is yours to explore, unshared with anyone. The luxury bell tent sleeps two in a plush queen bed from innovative Australian mattress company Koala. It also features Koala's new linen range. Swags can also be reserved for $50 for your entire stay. Experience camping in the tent or gaze into the night sky on a custom swag from Murchison River Swags, all with the comforts of the homestead nearby. Book the tent and swags by simply mentioning them when you make your reservation. The entire property is yours for your entire stay. We won't be there to greet you but we are available to answer all of your questions about the property and the local area. We can also connect you with tours and special experiences around the area. Warramba is a short drive way from Rylstone, one of the oldest villages west of the Great Dividing Range. It was recently named by Australian Traveller as one of the top 10 secret spots to visit in Australia. If you are a wine lover, the award-winning De Beaurepaire winery in Rylstone is a recent winner of Australian Wine of the Year. We are also surrounded on all sides by National Parks including the stunning Ganguddy gorge, perfect for fishing and canoeing. The journey to Warramba is part of the experience. The homestead is nestled in the Capertee Valley, the widest canyon in the world. It is teeming with wildlife including sightings of the rare and endangered Regent Honeyeater, resident wombats and kangaroos, who often pop down for a drink at the dam. There are dirt roads leading to the property so please take care when driving.
