Marble Pool Villa

Marble Pool Villa is a luxurious vacation home with a private swimming pool, superb barbecue facilities and large indoor-outdoor spaces to comfortably accommodate big groups or families. Marble Villa offers total privacy and plenty of amenities to spoil the guests. The large indoor spaces can comfortably accommodate big families or large groups up to 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with the latest appliances such as refrigerator, oven, ceramic stove, microwave oven, dish washer and washing machine. There are also all the necessary smaller appliances (e.g. electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine) and high quality utensils-cutlery for breakfast and dinner preparation. Kitchen and living room create one single open space suitable for gatherings. Apart from the elegant decoration, there are two large couches and a big flat TV with satellite channels. There are 4 bedrooms one of which with en suite bathroom. 8 people can sleep in these bedrooms. In case of extra guests, there are two options. The sofa in the living room is wide and long enough to sleep comfortably two persons. The second option is to have a very good quality air mattresses which can be placed in the main bedroom of 30m2. The villa is surrounded by a 4500m2 beautifully landscaped garden with a 6X14 pool and a fully equipped barbecue kiosk. The area near the pool is facilitated with sunbeds, outdoor furniture, shower and a WC. It's the perfect place for joyful family and group moments or endless hours of relaxation. For guests who wish to exercise during holidays, there is a gym in the garage. Fury friends are also welcome as there are two kennels for their accommodation. Finally, the villa is surrounded by a 3 meters fence for total privacy and protection. Guests have access to all indoor and outdoor spaces of the villa Guests will have undisturbed freedom and privacy but I will always be available for any kind of information or help. Marble Villa is located in a very quiet area surrounded by olive groves. The picturesque and lively village of Maritsa is only 2 km away. There are many taverns in the village where you can taste traditional Greek delicacies (called “meze” in Greek). Maritsa is well known for its food, the friendly residents and the local festivals. The natural beauty of its location is more than satisfying. You will find many small country churches scattered around the village, hidden in pine tree forests and olive oil groves. The most popular one is “Sotiras”, situated on the slopes of mountain “Koumouli” overlooking the village and the eastern side of Rhodes coast. The view is breathtaking! Marble Villa is very close to main roads with bus stops but also taxis can be used for transportation. However, it would be a good idea to rent a car because Rhodes is a beautiful island with unique landmarks almost everywhere. Parking your car rental will not be a problem in the 4500 m2 garden. Please don't hesitate to ask me any kind of information concerning car rentals. Marble Pool Villa has many reviews and a score of 4,78 stars. We had to create a new airbnb page because the ownership changed but the host Michael remains the same. Also the position of the Villa is very good. You are very fast at Faliraki and Rhodos. If we will come back to Rhodos we will stay again to this Villa. Mark June 2019 We had a lovely stay, 2 families with 4 children between us. The pool was lovely and a wonderful bbq space is amazing. The bedrooms are good sizes and the lounge is a comfortable area. Kitchen is reasonably well equipped for a holiday. The house is between 2 local villages that have great local restaurants away from the touristic traps in Rhodes city. The house is safe and secure. Michael the host was very helpful and responsive to any questions. He was very informative about the areas and provided us with lots of suggestions for local places to go and things to do. Boroni July 2019 Per la prima volta quest’anno con una famiglia di amici abbiamo deciso di fare una vacanza affittando una villa dove non essere vincolati dai tempi prestabiliti dei villaggi turistici e degli alberghi. La scelta della destinazione è caduta su Rodi e quando la ricerca ci ha (Website hidden by Airbnb) alla Marble Pool Villa non abbiamo avuto dubbi. La villa è facilmente raggiungibile: all’arrivo del volo abbiamo recuperato la macchina all’autonoleggio e la villa è raggiungibile in pochi minuti dall’aeroporto. La posizione é strategica: a metà strada tra i paesi di Pastida e Maritsa, si può raggiungere la costa orientale e le sue splendide spiagge a nord (kallithea, Faliraki) in poco meno di 20 minuti. La villa è splendida: ampi spazi all’interno (due camere matrimoniali, di cui una enorme e l’altra con bagno in camera e due camere con letti singoli, un secondo bagno, soggiorno e cucina ben attrezzata), ma soprattutto all’esterno: un grande parco, una bellissima piscina a sfioro, e un’area coperta “barbecue” con un tavolo in muratura enorme, dove poter pranzare o cenare in tutta comodità. Bellissima anche la terrazza coperta antistante la villa dove rilassarsi mantenendo uno sguardo vigile sui bambini che giocano in piscina. La casa è ben attrezzata: cucina con forno, microonde, lavastoviglie, teli per la piscina forniti, lettini in piscina... L’host Michael è stato sempre gentilissimo e disponibile: dall’accoglienza, quando ci ha illustrato oltre a tutte le caratteristiche della villa anche le principali mete da visitare, e durante tutta la vacanza dove è sempre stato disponibile, rapido nel rispondere ai messaggi e molto efficiente a risolvere i “problemi” (in realtà l’unico inconveniente è stata la mancanza dell’asciugacapelli: inviato un messaggio, dopo 30’ ci è stato consegnato un nuovo asciugacapelli!!). L’isola di Rodi è stata poi una piacevole sorpresa: ogni giorno abbiamo visitato una spiaggia diversa, dal nord fino all’estremo sud di Prasonisi. La città vecchia è molto suggestiva e ricca di ristoranti e taverne. Insomma, se in futuro ritorneremo a Rodi faremo sicuramente di tutto per tornare a Marble Pool Villa
