Penthouse Eleganza is a three bed three bathroom apartment with air conditioning throughout in an exclusive complex of 20 properties. It boasts three private terraces with views over the valley of St Laurent du Var and the Mediterranean sea in the distance. Enjoy a dining terrace, a lounge terrace and a rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi and sun loungers. There is a also a communal 10m swimming pool that enjoys the sun all day. Spaces Outside Space It is very hard to find properties in the Nice area with a swimming pool and easy access to the city centre. Penthouse Eleganza enjoy oozes of outdoor space including a fabulous outdoor dining terrace for six, a lounge terrace with indulgent corner sofa and an unbeatable rooftop terrace with a private jacuzzi and sun loungers. There is a also a communal 10m swimming pool that enjoys the sun all day. Living Space The living space is open plan with the kitchen and dining room. The lounge area has a large corner sofa decorated in light bright colours that complement the penthouse's azur view sky views. There is a 58 inch Smart TV and large patio sliding doors so you can walk out an enjoy the Mediterranean views. There is air conditioning throughout the living area. Kitchen and Dining Area The dining area seats 6 and again enjoys access to the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a lovely sociable kitchen island and large oven and microwave, four ring hob, large fridge freezer and dishwasher. Bedrooms There are three bedrooms all with their own shower or bathrooms. One master king bed size room and two queen bed size rooms. All enjoy there own patio sliding doors with terraces. The joy of being in the penthouse means uninterrupted sky views! All bedrooms have air conditioning. Bathrooms There are three bathrooms that are decorated in simple and elegant stone tiling. One with a full bath and 2 more with showers. There is also a separate toilet/ utility with a washing machine. Location The area of St Antoine is set back in the hills of Nice with views over the valley of St Laurent du Var with the Promenade des Anglaise and Mediterranean sea in the distance. We recommend having a hire car when staying at Penthouse Eleganza and it is no more than a 15 minute drive from the airport. However there is a bus 51 that will take you from the complex to the tram where you can change to head quickly into Nice centre and the historic Old Town. There are restaurants and shops in the area and we have been recommended: Frankrike Grossery store Vival, bakery and a restaurant pharmacy on 242 Avenue de Fabron, 06200 Nice. Chez Cane is a very nice restaurant 317 Avenue de Fabron, 06200 Nice, Frankrike Le Jardin des Saveurs is a perfect to shop for locally produced vegetables, cheese, and wine etc. There are also pizza restaurants and delivery in the neighborhood. Close by is also San Isidore near the Riviera Stadium with a variety of shops and restaurants. A Mega Carrefour is 10 minutes drive away. The hills behind are home to the famous grape growing microclimate Bellet with specialist vineyards so you can enjoy wine tasting at some stunning vineyards. Transport Parking There is a parking space with electric charging unit. However please state on booking if you wish to use the electric charger a surcharge will apply. Public transport The number 51 bus take you from the apartment to the tram stop in town where a short transfer will take you straight to the city centre and to the historic Old Town and Port of Nice.
