Beautiful apartment of 120 square meters at your disposal surrounded by the green hills of Verona. The rooms are large and comfortable, ideal for short breaks in the family or for pleasant walks with friends. Nearby you can find the best wineries where you can taste the typical Valpolicella wines. With a 20 minutes drive you can visit the wonderful city of Verona or spend a day in the Garda Lake. The apartment is ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding landascapes. Starting from the house you will find several trekking trails in the woods surrounded by the characteristic vineyards. During the stay I will be available to advise and help my guests. San Peretto is quiet and peaceful village, with many typical restaurants in the courtyards of old farmhouses. Walking around you will see Romanesque churches and ancient Venetian villas surrounded by the vineyards. The house has a lockable garage you can use with a 10€/day fee and further free parking space in the garden. We'll clean and disinfect, using bleach-based products, all the most used surfaces and objects. All the towels and sheets will be cleaned at 60°C. Tap water is drinkable. Each guest is required, according to Italian law, to present a valid identity document in order to allow the registration of the stay. According to the municipal regulation, a tourist tax of 1.5€/day for each guest over the age of 14 is due. The tax will be collected in cash upon arrival. The house has a lockable garage you can use with a 10€/day fee and further free parking space in the garden.
