Amazing view of the Alps and Lake Murten

This house is the house of my childhood and we have been living there again since 2013 after a few renovations. It is located in the vineyards of the Vully, near the lakes of Morat and Neuchâtel with a breathtaking view of the Alps. We are renting it because we are moving to the Bernese Alps to learn Swiss German. We would be delighted to have you in our home, as if you were at home, with a personal and family touch. You will never get tired of the breathtaking view of the Alps and Lake Murten. The house is equipped with everything you need to spend a vacation with family or friends. It is located in a residential area, enjoying a total tranquility but close to everything and ideal for excursions to the mountains, cities (Berne, Neuchâtel, Fribourg, Lausanne) or to the lakeside. The house has 3 bedrooms, a TV room, a living room, a kitchen, a terrace and a large garden with trampoline. Possibility to park several cars. You can enjoy 2 floors of the house, the ground floor with the living room and the 1st floor with the bedrooms. In the basement there is a rented studio. The garden is totally reserved for the tenants of the house. We would love to welcome you and to give you tips about our beautiful region. Hikes, bike tours, good restaurants, view points.... I used to work in tourism and I love to inform about "what should not be missed" to spend an unforgettable stay. Our house is located near Salavaux where you will find a supermarket, bakery, post office, some restaurants and the nearest beach. However in the village of Constantine there are 2 self-service shops with fresh vegetables 7/7 and one with eggs, milk, yoghurt and local meat. Our neighborhood is very quiet and we share the garden with the crickets in summer. It's much easier to have a car or a bike but there is a train station in Avenches with bus services to Salavaux. We speak several languages (Fr, German, Eng, Italian, Espanol) and come from a tourism background, we would be happy to give you lots of information about the area.
