A beautiful detached house near Antwerp. Ideal group house! Please read the rental conditions! Due to bad behaviour from former guests we ask a deposit of 500 euro via banktransfer before the arrival. 7 basic bedrooms. In total there are 6 single beds and 6 double beds. You will find three bathrooms and two toilets. Two with a shower and washing basins. The third comes with a shower + bath (NO JACUZZI). No bedlinnen included - please bring your own or rent with extra cost of 140€ The kitchen of this place is basic equipped with gas pits and an oven. It has enough that you may need during your stay here. This is the perfect spot to spend some time together. Coffee machine: dolce gusto or filter machine The living room is super spacious and bright. There is a comfortable couch, a flat screen TV and a fireplace for the cosy evenings. From the living room you also have direct access to the big garden of this house.The garden comes with an amazing lounge set and even a pool! (Not heated/summer only) This is great to enjoy these sunny summer days. The bbq is with charcoal. Type: weber Furthermore there is a parking space for five cars. ***No bedlinnen - please bring your own or rent with extra cost *** Measurements of the beds: 6 x doubles (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) x single 90x200 No washing machine HOUSE RULES 1. respect the property 2. no eating and drinking in the bedrooms 3. no unregistered guest or exceeding the amount of persons 4. furniture is not to be rearranged - no changing of locks / lost of keys is extra charge 5. no party/rave house - no loud music after 22:00 / respect neighborhood and house 6. no smoking inside 7. take all trash (from inside and outside area) and put in the right container 8. inform when things are broken if not this will be deducted from your warranty and can exceed the amount of 500 9. leave the house broom clean - vacuum cleaner and broom available 10. Empty dishwasher 11. Put all used bed linen and towels in the right container 12. When using the pool, cover the pool each night 13. When there’s a police intervention due to (noise)disturbance, there will be NO refund 14. Check out is at 12:00 unless agreed differently: calculate min 30’ for the checkout 15. Check in 15:00 When leaving before checkout, there is no possibility to discuss thus you wave of your right and warranty charges may apply, exceeding the amount of 500. Bus nr 32 from the center of Antwerp with buss stop just 50m from the villa or share a taxi van with max 8p per taxi. Train station at 10min walking distance (Hove) (Website hidden by Airbnb) LINK FOR THINGS TO DO IN ANTWERP Arrive by car or by train to central station in Antwerp and take the bus from the center of Antwerp city. There is a bus stop across the street. +/- 40min - BUS 32 Train station HOVE at 10min walking distance Taxi’s from Antwerp is also one of the possibilities - order taxi van for 8p Huisregels 1. Schoenen uit 2. Niet eten of drinken in de slaapkamers 3. Geen meubels verplaatsen / geen sloten veranderen 4. Geen lawaai na 22:00 / Geen luide muziek / Geen parties of raves! 5. Roken in het huis is NIET toegestaan 6. Geen extra gasten toegelaten dan aangegeven bij de boeking 7. Uitcheck is om 12u tenzij anders afgesproken 8. Alle gebruikte bedlinnen en handdoeken verzamelen op de aangewezen plaats 9. Bezemschoon opruimen en schoonmaken 10. Alle afval in de vuilnisbakken 11. Vaatwasser ledigen 12. Bij gebruik van het zwembad – elke avond met het zeil terug dichtleggen 13. Bij overlast en tussenkomst van politie wordt er geen refund toegestaan Bij check out wordt er een check gedaan. Er kunnen extra kosten in rekening worden gebracht bij het niet respecteren van deze regels, deze kosten kunnen het bedrag van de borg overschrijden.
