There are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen, which total about 40 sqm. There are three beds, a queen-sized bed and two single beds in two bedrooms. It's perfect for two people and suited to accomodate groups of up to 4 travellers. 5 minutes walk to Croydon Train Station. 5 minutes walk to Coles and ALDI. There is a private entrance from the main gate to the bungalow house. A signage "BUNGALOW" is visible from the drive way. Beautiful and tranquil area in the heart of peaceful Croydon. 5 minutes walk to Croydon Train Station and bus stations. Cars can park before the bungalow or on the street. The kitchen is fully functional with a microwave, a rice cooker, pans, plates, cutlery and everything but an oven.
