Completely renew after eight years of activity, Ca' Bossa is a quiet nest to relax after a day spent in the mountains nearby or in cities as Como, Bellagio, Milano, or on lake shores. Located in middle hills is a good place to start the day and enjoy the lake in the evening on the balcony! :) Private parking place outside the apartment. Ca' Bossa is an indipendent apartment composed by: bedroom with balcony with lake view, kitchen, bathroom and private parking close to the house. It is located in the typical village of Molina, in Faggeto Lario, on the eastern shore of Lake Como, 10 minutes from the city of Como, 25 minutes from Bellagio, fifty minutes from Milan and Lugano. We recommend the car to be more independent and explore the area freely. Ca 'Bossa is an excellent starting point for hikes and walks along the main paths of the Larian Triangle. Pier for tour on boat is 3km far, beaches to relax can be choosen along the road to Bellagio. Lake sports are availbale in the sorroundings. Historical, cultural and natural aspect are touchable everywhere to know really the area. The village of Molina has bar and restaurants (also with pizzeria and patisserie) and a little grocery shop. Bank and other typical groceries at 3km from the house. WIFI free. The bus stop is 20mt from Ca' Bossa. The apartment is in a little medieval village in the middle hills, far from the cities rumours but at only 7 km far from Como, 22 km from Bellagio and 50 km from Milan. Our village, Molina, is the first of three medieval villages you can explore. Typical villages of the lake, with houses of stone, ancient stairs to mountain, little roads to explore, people to know, food to taste. By foot you can reach the historical center of the village where you can find a typical restaurant and a little grocery close to restaurant, with products of the area, ham, cheese, wine and gastronomy. In the mai square you will find another restaurant and pizzeria, that is also a very good patisserie and bar and where you can buy bus tickets. After Molina you can go to Lemna (1km far possible to do also by foot) and from there explore Bicogno and go to Alpe di Lemna (a farm in the mountain reached in 1 hour by foot) where you can find a real good kitchen of typical dishes. Less then 2 km from Lemna you find the third village, the most ancient: Palanzo. A promenade in its roads, a glance to the old wine press of 16th century take you to feeling to be in another world, an artisan world, with silence, nature and beauty all over. At 2 km the closest beach, at 3 km the closest pier, at 2,5 km ATM and Pharmacy. Enjoy your stay. Be a local lake habitant for a while in your life! Minimum stay: 3 nights.
