Stylishly Decorated Pet-Friendly Home With a Yard

Stylish 2 bedroom home right next to the best dog park in the Gold Coast! Bring your fur babies along for a family holiday in beautiful Queensland. Perfect for a hassle free get away or family retreat, this beautifully decorated house is set in a peaceful cul-de-sac only minutes by car from the M1 for easy access to local beaches and Amusement Parks, and just a 10 minute drive to the popular Robina Shopping Centre and to Burleigh Heads. The house is in a block of 4 duplexes at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet area of Varsity Lakes just a short drive to the Tree Tops Shopping Village where you can find Coles, fruit and vegetable shop, pharmacy, newsagency, bakery, bottle shop, cafes, and multiple takeaway options. Parking is in front of the villa or in the carport for small cars only. The carport will not fit a large car, however, there is plenty of free parking on the street. You have the whole place to yourself including a great sized fenced grassed lawn for your fur babies to run around. A washing machine and dryer and portable clothes line are available for you to use at any time. Internet, Netflix, and digital TV is connected to the house and there is a TV in the main bedroom and lounge room. We also have a portable cot available for your stay so let us know if you are travelling with your little ones. You will have access to enjoy the entire house and fenced backyard to yourselves. The evening before your stay we will give you instructions on how to access the property. Tom and I don't live in the Gold Coast full time, but we are always available for any questions if need be. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet centred around Frascott Park which has two playgrounds, a bike track and a friendly enclosed dog park just a short walk away. Our favourite cafe, Home plate kitchen, is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive away on Treeview Drive just off Mattocks Road. If you need to do some grocery shopping head to Treetop Shopping Village less than 5 mins drive away. You’ll find an array of takeaway food options as well as a Coles, a pharmacy, a bottle shop, fruit and veg and much more. Robina Town Centre shopping centre is a 10 minute drive and heading in the opposite direction is Burleigh Heads. If you’re planning on hitting some Theme Parks you’ll be thrilled to know they are just a short 20 minute drive north on the M1 highway. Absolutely NO PETS are allowed on the furniture. This includes the beds in the bedrooms as well as the sofa and chairs in the lounge room. Please let us know if you require a pet bed for your stay. If your pet leaves hair and dirt on the furniture you will be charged an additional $90 cleaning fee NO PARKING in front of the garage. If your car will not fit in the garage you need to park on the street.
