It is a spacious and practical one bedroom apartment in an established building in the heart of the city. It has a concierge, secure lifts, it is very quiet and the perfect place to for a work, family or holiday stay. The apartment is well maintained and has everything you could want. Please doesn’t have an on-site car space. On street and Wilson parking are nearby. The apartment has a comfy bed and a spacious bedroom that is quiet and private. The living area is quite spacious with a cosy TV area that has a pullout sofa bed. The dining area is generous and has a table that can seat four. The kitchen has microwave, full sized fridge, granite bench tops, lots of cupboards and is fully equipped. The apartment also has a FULL laundry so you can wash and dry your clothes. The apartment has WiFi and a TV. The building has: Security Concierge Gym Pool Reading Room Roof Top BBQ Half Tennis Court I am local, and I am on the executive committee for the building so I know it and the staff extremely well. I am available unless advised any time to help my guests with any questions or problems they have. The neighbourhood offers great shopping, the Casino, Glebe Park at the end of the street and the Lake Foreshore a 10 minute walk or even shorter bike ride away. For work, this apartment is close to the ATO, the ACT Assembly and many other departments and the ANU. We are located in the heart of the city, but on a street that is quiet at night. Perfect! We are a 5 minute walk to the bus interchange, if you need to travel. We are close to bike paths across the city, and you will get an Uber or Shebah within 5 mins from this location. You can walk to shopping, cafes, restaurants, the movies, museums, and the lake from 216/2Akuna St. There is a 24 hour reception that will provide the locked box with swipe key.
