Rose room is upstairs with a queen bed, bedside tables and a heat pump to beat the heat+a computer deak. Iris Room has a double bed, desk, bookshelf. Two people booking will be provided ONE room. The Rose room is upstairs next to your own full bathroom. It has a queen bed, heat pump, bedside tables and a computer desk. The Iris room has a double bed, bedside table, desk and chair. The lounge and dining room are downstairs for guests to use. Guests will have access of their own bedrooms(upstairs), the bathroom next to the Rose room, the downstairs living room, dining area. Please Do Not use upstairs lounge as host's private space thank you. I expect to welcome you when you check in and be available when needed. You are also able to get a smart key from the lockbox shown in the check-in instruction pictures. I understand people's needs for privacy so I will totally respect that. We are in a great residential neighborhood with local families involve in community events and sports. There is a sports field nearby so you may see school kids playing rugby or football in some afternoons. There are several shops two blocks away including dairy(convenience store), takeaways, bakery, sushi shop, cupcake shop and liquor store. About 8 mins drive in Takapuna township or Browns Bay, we have a vibrant business district with all the top brand stores, great cafes, restaurant of Italian, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indian and Chinese cuisine, Irish pub and Belgian beer cafe, South African restaurant. From Auckland International Airport to my place, you can take the SkyBus to Smales Farm stop. Then Uber to my house is $8. My place is a 5-8 mins drive to the popular Milford beach, Takapuna beach and Browns Bay township. Devenport and Albany shopping center are 15 mins drive. Auckland city is an easy 20 mins drive off-peak time. Bus stop is 6-8 mins walk. There is a sofa bed in upstairs lounge for one guest or even two slim persons
