The main living area is on the lower ground floor and is open plan in its design with a light and bright living room equipped with comfy sofa and chairs, flat screen TV (with a Chromecast device), dining area and full hot/cold air-conditioning making it suitable for all year round rentals. The stunning modern kitchen is fully equipped for those home and away chefs and a door leads from the kitchen out into the garden and terrace with outdoor dining area and BBQ. This terrace can also be accessed via French doors from the living room. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with sea views and a full en-suite bathroom as well as a television screen. There are 2 further bedrooms both with twin beds and all bedrooms are equipped with full hot/cold air-conditioning. There are 2 shower rooms, one located on the same level as bedroom 3 and the 2nd can be found on the same level as the main living area.
