Sailor’s Rest - Nr Menai Straits

Sailors rest is a comfy home from home. Two bedrooms & a family bathroom upstairs & an open plan kitchen/dining/living area downstairs. Y Felinheli is a perfect location for a getaway, with the Menai Straits just a stone’s throw away from the front door. The property is ideally located with Anglesey, Caernarfon, Snowdonia & the Llyn Peninsula all within half an hours drive, making it the perfect bolt hole from which to explore the prime spots of North Wales. The house is family and pet friendly! The lounge comprises of a large corner sofa, flat screen TV with free view plus Wi-fi. The kitchen island comfortably allows 5 people to dine whilst remaining social with the chef. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. The family bathroom comprises of a toilet, basin, bath and over bath shower, plus electric heater. There are two bedrooms; a master double bedroom with wardrobe and storage area, plus a twin room with storage. Outside of the property there is a small patio area with table and chairs. N.B. There is no garden to the property, however there is a large communal green 100 yards down the road next to the sea front. I live in the local area so will be on hand to answer any questions which may arise during your stay.
