Quiet room with full sized comfortable double bed. Vanity unit,TV, WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge. Exclusive use of adjacent bathroom. Breakfast is served in our dining room downstairs in the morning and comprises of home-made seeded bread/toast with home-made preserves & honey from garden (seasonal) & fruit, juice, tea and coffee. Although only a twenty minute walk from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, the house offers an oasis of calm in a peaceful Edwardian terrace overlooking a quiet park and brook. Free parking on the park side of the street opposite the house. Frequent bus services to and from the city centre very close to the house. Due to close family vulnerability we can only offer accommodation to guests who have proof of double vaccination & booster to Covid 19. Check in is from 1600hrs and check out is at 1030hrs We have a friendly but elusive cat & we keep bees in the garden.
