Cozy rural house in El Boalo

This cozy and bright rural house, which has a small pool, is located in El Boalo, on the edge of the upper basin of Manzanares, an area of spectacular scenery for hiking. The house is located in a privileged environment, a few minutes from the center of the village and surrounded by the best nature of the mountains of Madrid. With capacity for up to 4 guests, here you will find everything you need to have an unbeatable stay. This house is next to the main house on the same property. They are separate, but share an entrance. As you can see in the photos, the house consists of the following spaces: - A living-dining room area with a sofa and a television (Smart Tv). - The independent equipped kitchen. With an Italian coffee maker and another Dolce Gusto! - The house has a spacious bathroom with washing machine. The sleeping area is organized in 2 sleeping spaces distributed as follows: - 1 bedroom with a double bed. - 1 bedroom in the loft with 2 single beds, the loft is reached by the stairs between the kitchen and the bedroom (to be taken into account for children). The house has a chill-out area in the garden with tables, pergola and mini pool. This area is for the exclusive use of the guests. It is a warm and cozy space, taken advantage of and oriented to provide the best stay to the guest. Guests enjoy an exclusive area within the property, separate from the main house area. Access to the property is through this area, but the owners usually enter from another side. Bedsheets, towels and hand soap are provided. Heating is available in the property. In addition, we have installed a heat pump air conditioning machine in the living room. There is wood for the fireplace. When you get to the house the wood and woodchip basket and the fireplace will be empty. On the side of the house you will find both. The cost is 5€ for each full basket. You are free to take the one you need, please make a responsible use of it. In the outdoor space, you will have exclusive use of the small swimming pool of (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) m (open between 15 June and September from 10a.m. to 12a.m.), the outdoor shower in the garden and the barbecue, The kitchenware is composed of: saucepans, frying pans, bowls, salad bowls, blender. *The water well is closed. If you have any doubt, don't hesitate to ask. I'll be glad to help you :) *** As the house is next to the road, there may be some noise from the cars. The best of the area is the Regional Park of the Cuenca Alta del Manzanares, are its landscapes with mountains and routes. You can find: 10 mins. the Puerto de Navacerrada, Valdesquí and La Pedriza, 1 ½ km to Matalpino and El Boalo, 5 km Cerceda, with all kinds of supermarkets and services. There are natural swimming pools in Cercedilla and swimming pools with beautiful landscapes in Becerril at 10 mins and Manzanares el Real also at 10 mins. For bathing in the area, apart from streams, where there is no problem to take a dip, there is a swimming pool in Becerril 10 minutes away, where few people go, with lots of grass and beautiful views. The best option to arrive is by car, 50 mins from Madrid by the Colmenar road or by the Coruña road. You can park in the same door without any problem. There are also buses that take you to El Boalo from Moncloa and Plaza de Castilla and pass through the door of the Urbanization, it is called La Ponderosa de la Sierra. The rural house is located at the entrance on the right and in front of it is the main house. The stop is La Ponderosa on the road from Matalpino to El Boalo. It is not the one of the main entrance, that there are two and that catches far, the good one is the one of the highway from Matalpino to the Boalo or vice versa, according to the sense of the bus. The cottage is in the urbanization La Ponderosa de la Sierra, on the border with the National Park of the Sierra de Guadarrama just in front and immediately accessible. From there you can reach the nearby villages of El Boalo and Matalpino walking in 15 minutes, as well as access to the Regional Park, without the need to take the car. *** The house we offer for guests is located next to the main house, within the same plot but separate, and although the main entrance is in that area, the owners usually access it through another one.
