Comfortable Bedroom, Bathroom, Lounge and Balcony

Our home is safe, comfortable and clean. Guest area is on Level 1 with heating/ aircon and includes bedroom, bathroom, lounge and a balcony. Guest bedroom has a queen bed, bedside table, lamp and a wardrobe. Bathroom is not ensuite but private. There is TV, mini fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster in the lounge area. Kitchen and Laundry are on Ground Level. My husband and I live on ground floor with our three cats. Guest bedroom, bathroom, lounge area and balcony on Level 1 are private and comfortable. The guest will have the entire space except another bedroom. Guests may use kitchen (excluding dining area), kitchen amenities and laundry on ground floor at specified times. Iron and iron board are available on request. Level 1- Bathroom, Bedroom, Lounge and Balcony (Complete Access) Ground floor- Kitchen and Laundry (Shared access, dining area is not shared). Me and my husband are kind, friendly and hospitable. Our cats are reasonably well behaved and stay on ground level. Its a safe neighbourhood and people are friendly. The nearest bus stop is almost 200 meters. Hungry Jacks, KFC, Mcdonalds and Service Station are almost 900 meters from the property. The train station is approximately 1.3 km. Aircon control is on ground level. Guests cannot invite other people at the property.
