Relax in a quite two room flat with a terrace in the ground floor. You have what you need in the flat and surrounding it (Shopping, transportation etc.). The furniture is new and modern. The flat is designed for a couple to spend nice time in Kassel, for example during Dokumenta 14. There is also enough place for 4 Persons in the flat. The flat has a living room/dining room, bed room, Kitchen and bathroom. -In the Living/dining room: pull-out sofa bed, big TV (50 inch) with more than 100 programs, Table for 4 persons and shelfs. -Have a nice dream on a 180x200 cm bed in the bed room. You can store all your clothes in a big closet. -Kitchen with microwave and oven (not shown in the picture. Oven will be build in in the next days), coffee machine, electric kettle, pots and dinnerware. -No washing machine in the flat. Flat is not far away from city center. Only five tram stations to the city center. You can reach 5 min by feet a big supermarket (EDEKA). A bus station is next to the flat.
