A wonderful and pleasant place for your stay, with unmatched views of the city, its harbor, and beyond from the very top of the tallest apartment building in central Surabaya. Located right at the Peak Residences Apartment on top of the massive Tunjungan Plaza shopping center superblock with plenty of food, shopping, and entertainment options. The central location right at the heart of Surabaya also means easy access to all parts of the city. COVID- 19 NOTE: Due to COVID-19 we are cleaning and sanitizing the apartment in accordance to Airbnb's Cleaning guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We are also providing cleaning and sanitizing supplies at the apartement for your convenience as well. Also, everyone entering the building is required to wear a mask and washing hands with the provided hand sanitizers is highly encouraged. The unit is located at the top floor of the building with marble flooring, a balcony, and big floor to ceiling windows in each bedroom. It has a living area joined with a fully equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with bathroom, a second bedroom, and a second bathroom accessible from the living area. Living area: ￫ We have put a sofa-bed in the living area that would be comfortable for relaxing and watching the TV as well for sleeping. The sofa-bed can accommodate one adult comfortably. ￫ A Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to your phone or music player for your enjoyment. ￫ The area is equipped with an independent air conditioning unit for a comfortable stay. Kitchen: ￫ The kitchen has an electric stove with two burners ￫ Basic pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutting board, and basic spices ￫ A refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, and an electric kettle. ￫ Plates and eating utensils, as well as dish washing soap and equipment. ￫ Washing machine and dryer, and washing detergent for your use as well. ￫ We also provide complimentary beverages. We'll put bottled mineral water and carbonated/tea beverages in the fridge. In addition, there are complimentary instant tea/coffee and some biscuits/snacks that we hope can make your stay even better. Master bedroom: ￫ The master bedroom has a king sized (180x200cm) bed with a firm health mattress ￫ A wardrobe where you can store your clothes ￫ A well lit dressing table with mirror ￫ A reclining chair with microfiber fabric where you can relax and enjoy the view of the city and harbor, as well as the Suramadu bridge that connects Surabaya to the island of Madura. ￫ An independent air conditioning unit. Master bathroom: ￫ The master bathroom has a bathtub, sink, and toilet ￫ Bath towels and hand towels ￫ Liquid bath soap and shampoo ￫ A hair-dryer ￫ Disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes Second bedroom: ￫ The second bedroom has a queen sized (160x200cm) bed with a firm health mattress. ￫ A wardrobe ￫ A well lit table ￫ Individual reading lights for comfortable reading on the bed. ￫ The room has a view of the city and harbor. ￫ An independent air conditioning unit Second bathroom: The second bathroom is accessible from the common living area and is equpped with ￫ A shower, toilet, and sink ￫ Bath towels and hand towels ￫ Liquid bath soap and shampoo ￫ Disposable toothbrushes and toothpastes Entertainment/internet: ￫ There is a Cable TV in the apartment with 130+ channels ￫ WiFi internet is available throughout the apartment unit. ￫ Bluetooth speaker for your use The apartment area is approximately 71 sq. m. (765 sq. ft.) During your stay, you are free to access the swimming pool and gym areas. We also ask that you follow the rules posted in those areas. Parking is available with prior arrangement If you bring a car and would like to park at the apartment during your stay, we need to arrange for it in advance. Please submit your vehicle registration document electronically to us at least 2 days before your arrival. We can arrange for parking for 1 vehicle only. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide parking for more than 1 vehicle. An alternative arrangement would be to park at the Tunjungan Plaza shopping center. We believe the rate there is currently a flat IDR10,000 during operating hours and IDR 100,000 for overnight parking. You'll have the whole apartment unit for yourself during the stay. Check in We'll meet you during check in to guide you through the apartment unit whenever possible. Failing that or during odd hours you can self pickup the key. We will contact you regarding the arrangement of the check in time. Please note that we have a check in time of 14:00 (2:00pm) or later. You can contact us anytime during your stay if you have any questions or concerns. The apartment is located at the Peak Residence, right on top of the Tunjungan Plaza shopping complex superblock. Just walking down to the shopping center, you'll find all kinds of food options from the modern to the traditional. There are also plenty of shopping options and stores from international brands. A supermarket is located at the bottom floor of the shopping center. There are several cinemas as well as a karaoke place and an arcade within the complex as well. The complex's retail area is approximately 160,000 sqm (1.72 million sqft) Just across the street is the historic Jalan Tunjungan. Aside from the history, this road is also home to a car-free day every Sunday morning, designed to provide a pedestrian friendly place for people in the central of the city. As the property is located right at the very center of the city, it is near and has easy to access to Grand City Convention & Exhibition, Dyandra Convention Hall, Plaza Surabaya, Airlangga University, as well as various government offices and Businesses. The location of the apartment at the very heart of Surabaya offers easy access to virtually all parts of the city. There are plenty of taxi ranks available for hire on site and easy access to online ride sharing apps as well. The newly launched "Suroboyo Bus" public bus system has stops within 5 minutes walk. There is an iron and an ironing board available. If you feel that there is anything that needs fixing during the stay please do contact us so we do the repairs ASAP. Please also do note that due to the height of the apartment unit, some cell phone providers do not provide good signal. Please do not use cleaning agents on the marble and granite surfaces as this will damage them. They are only meant to be cleaned with water only.
