Little House. Dog friendly (see guest access)

The property is set in a small hamlet of Les Clides located 1mile from Mezieres. It is set back about 50 meters from a very quiet lane. To the rear of the property is a large seating area. You will find two grass areas with the above ground pool being accessed via a decked area. The garden is very secluded. The house has a lovely layout. Three bedrooms, one en-suite and a shower room serving the other two bedrooms. A large sitting room and an open plan kitchen dinner with seating area. Set in a very quiet hamlet you will enjoy a very peaceful holiday. The local area offers some beautiful French villages for you to wonder the day away. The property is a brisk walk away from the village where you have all amenities you will need for your holiday like bakery, super market,chemist bars and cafes. You will have acces to your own enclosed lawned area and the swimming pool via a door leading out of the kitchen. There is a decked area directly next to the pool where you can soak up the sun on a number of sun loungers for your use. You can enjoy your meals out doors on a large seating area. This area benefits from some cooling shade with seating and a dining table for 6/8. You have your garden area at the rear of the property and to the front you have access to a number of communal grassed areas with a beautiful pond and our local resident ducks. We make a €10 charge for each dog per visit (duration of the stay) to cover additional cleaning and any damage. This is payable on arrival. We have a large enclosed field for you to exercise your dog and also an enclosed outdoor kennel but request that visitors notify us on arrival if they want to access these areas. We live in the property next door so we are always here to greet you on arrival. On some occasions we may not be available but we will ensure that there is an English speaking adult to welcome you and deal with your needs. We will of course inform you prior to your arrival if this is the case. This is your holiday so we will leave you to it but we let our guest know that we are here to help and you only need to knock on the door. Beautifully quiet and full of local wildlife. Some lovely French buildings in the local village with a village square offering rest areas. Visit the local sheep in the center of the village and have your photos taken with them. A lovely family moment. You are a brisk walk away from the village or a quick bike ride. Getting to see the local area on bike is very easy. A car is probably the the most convenient way for most visitors to get around. There is a mixture of French and English families in the hamlet, all very friendly. There are a number of large lakes in this area of France that offer a range of water sports, bathing walking and dining. A must for all visitors. There are many visitor venues in the area for all ages. We have a large number of leaflets at the property for you to plan your holiday.
