Beautiful holiday house in Diani Beach Kenya,90 square feet with one bedroom,one queen bed,one sofa bed,a toddler bed upon request.Large and bright living room with a sofa bed with access to the garden,fully equipped kitchen ,one bathroom and a private parking. The holiday house with a garden is perfect for a holiday with a whole family,is pet (Website hidden by Airbnb) is situated five minutes walking from the beach and only ten minutes drive to the nearest golf course. The holiday house sleeps upto 3 people. Large rooms and a large bathroom with a shower. There is free parking and a night guard. Five minutes walk to the beach and you can quickly reach the town centre with the tuktuks that are constantly driving by on the main road. Our guests will have access to all areas of the apartment: Bathroom, kitchen, parking, etc I like socialising with my guests but I also give them space. My house is located in Diani Beach, Kwale County Kenya, near the Leisure Lodge Golf course and opposite Diani Reef Resort. Beach access is a 5 minutes walk away. It's located in a highly secured area. Easy and safe movement anytime of the day and night. Guests are free to move around by bike, tuktuk, taxi, car or by walking. -The house is located opposite Diani reef resort -kindly switch off all electrical appliances including hot water heater and ceiling fans when not in use .especially when you're not in the house. -All guests are responsible for the damages they cause while leaving at Casa Italia Beach House. -No drugs allowed in the house -kindly minimise the noise at night
