I will organise a key / access to the property with you via message and during your stay I will always be contactable via email/airbnb app for any questions. There might be occasions when I'm in Melbourne where I will require access to my workshop downstairs. I will only use the workshop during business hours and will respect your privacy. You will have a separate private door accessing the place. Abbotsford is 2 km from the central business district and borders Collingwood and Richmond, with the Yarra River close by. My place is located 10 minutes walking distance to Smith Street and Brunswick Street in Fitzroy and a 2 minute walk to cafes and restaurants on Johnston Street in Abbotsford. Local favourite spots are Rita's pizza restaurant, Kelso's sandwhich shoppe, Lulie St Tavern for a local beer and Dr. Morse for cocktails. Abbotsord Covent and Collingwood Children's Farm are a two minute walk away. Victoria Park train station is a minute walk away (10 minute train ride to the city). Bus stop is at end of street (10 minute bus ride to the city) Bike paths nearby. It is a 10 minute walk to Fitzroy. There is on-street parking only. There is a laundrette and local supermarket around the corner on Johnston street.
