The main level living area is open and spacious, with lots of comfy furniture facing a large flatscreen TV with Netflix streaming capabilities. This is a great place to entertain your guests, and you'll love taking them out to the deck to catch shimmering lake views while you enjoy glasses of local wine. The deck is furnished with a table/chair set and a gas grill, so you'll have an easy time with those family barbecues. Back inside, the full kitchen is waiting with small and major appliances and lots of counter space to help you prepare a delightful dinner, and the dining table has seating for four, perfect for meals and board games alike. Take the beach towels down to the water for a day of sun and surf then come back to wash the sand out of everyone's laundry with the private washer/dryer. The free WiFi will make it easy to research a new outdoor adventure or listen to your favorite music during your stay. When it's time to wrap up an evening, you'll have three well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, one on the upper level and two more downstairs. Things to Know Free WiFi No tents are allowed on the property. Please note that max occupancy rules need to be followed. No more than six people. Parking notes: Parking is available for two cars, and three cars are allowed to park at an angle. Larger vehicles may need to park at an angle to fit in the space or park at the base of the hill, so as to not block the road. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
