Guests will have available their own private bedroom, the bathroom, the kitchen, the dining room, the balcony and the gardens. I live in this house and will be always present for your every need. Quiet, peaceful, panoramic and safe area. To visit Garda Lake in freedom is essential a car. Who does not own one, can take advantage of the car, motorcycle and cycle rentals in Toscolano Maderno. House is locate on a hill, and buses to get there are very rare: it is advisable to come by car. Who choose to travel anyway by public transport, can avail of a comfortable TAXI-SERVICE h24 that connects bus-stops to the Bed & Breakfast, and viceversa (diurnal-rate € 4, nocturnal-rate € 5). All rooms are private with key for closing. Kitchen is always available to cook your favorite food. The house is located on a hill and the buses to get there are very rare. It's advisable to come by car! If you travel by public transport, a comfortable TAXI-SERVICE h24 is available on request; it connects the bus-stops to the B&B, and the other way around (day rate € 4 - night rate € 5). Ask for it when booking. Minimum stay: 3 nights - Maximum stay: 2 months. The use of fans or air conditioners is allowed only if they are battery powered. The apartment is not structured to accommodate animals and children under 3 years. The Tourist Tax (€ 1 per person, per night) is not included in the price. It must be paid at Check-in. Wi-Fi and Breakfast are available on request and are paid separately. At home, the field for mobile phones is completely absent. There may be a smell of smoke coming from the smoking area. No invoices are issued. Only NON-FISCAL detraibile receipts (on request).
