Recently restored country house, home to the La Higuera Mayor winery, one of the most prestigious wines on the Islands. Very illuminated and spacious house located in the municipality of Telde. At 20 minutes from the capital, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and the airport, and at 30 minutes from the tourist area of the south of the island. If you are looking to enjoy the tranquility offered by the spectacular landscapes of the Canary Islands, or are in love with wine tourism, this is your place. The privileged location of Casa La Higuera Mayor allows you to make the most of the beautiful landscape that the Island offers. You will have the chance to relax, savor the tranquillity and get to know how one of the main wineries in the Canary Islands works. If there are 2 guests you will have access to one dormitory and one toilet. If there are 3 or more you will have access to 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets. If there are more than 5 guests you will be able to access the three bedrooms. We are available to respond to any inquiries which may appear during your visit. Casa La Higuera Mayor is situated in one of the most privileged rural areas of the Canary Islands, where the landscapes are as imposing as the tranquillity and silence surrounding it. The centenary city of Telde is 10 minutes away by car. Here you may enjoy an authentic Canarian meal in the bustling district of San Gregorio, complete the obligatory visit to the Church or discover one of its museums. It is possible to get to the house by public transport, but the most efficient way is to travel in a private vehicle. There are a spacious parking area near the house . Casa La Higuera Mayor is surrounded by the finca where we produce the wine that we later sell only to the most outstanding restaurants in the Canary Islands and the peninsula. The guest has the opportunity to visit the farm to learn first hand the work that is done in a premium crafted winery.
