Charming apartment situated in a building of XIII Century in the historical center of Torroella de Montgrí, perfect to spend a few days in the Baix Empordà, the heart of the Costa Brava. There is free parking at 350 metres from the property. It is distributed in a bedroom, a dining room combined with the kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Welcome home! This apartment consists of a double bedroom, bathroom, and a living-room combined with the kitchen. This space has been realized with much affection and dedication. Make yourself at home! Note: children under 3 years old free (do not have to be registered as a guest at the time of booking). Just let us know with a message. The apartment has its own private kitchen and private bathroom. It is located on a historic building. The staircase lights have an automatic detector. The apartment is equipped with clean sheets and towels for each guest. The private kitchen has ceramic hob, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, cups, dishes, basos, glasses, cutlery, kitchenware, etc. Standard check-in is from 14h (2 pm) and check-out at 10h (10 am). We are flexible depending on availability. Please let us know your arrival time in order to manage your welcome. I will meet you at the door of the building personally to show you the apartment and give you the necessary information. Torroella de Montgrí is a small village located at 5.5 km from l'Estartit beach. The apartment is in the historical center (old town) of the village, a few meters from Plaça de la Vila, where you will find many bars, bakeries, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, ... everything you need! A few steps away you will find the Fundació Mascort and the Palau Solterra Museum. Also the Museum of the Mediterranean or the beautiful Parish of Sant Genís are within walking distance. Mainly, you can walk to all the points of Torroella de Montgrí. To move around the Costa Brava it is best to have your own vehicle (car or motorbike). Public transport: 1. If you want to visit Estartit beach there is a bus line run by Ampsa. There is also a bus line Torrella de Montgrí - Figueres which passes through Bellcaire and l'Escala, to visit the surroundings. 2. There is a taxi company in Torroella de Montgrí. The main stop is at 250 meters from the apartment. If you come by car there is free parking in the Carrer d'Enric Morera, in the large parking lot of Plaça del Lledoner and also the Espai Ter. All are located 2 or 3 minutes walk from the apartment. I live in the same building but I'm little at home. Anything you need will be available through Airbnb chat or by phone.
