Comfortably accommodates 3 adults, located in a quiet st, close to Rhodes Shopping Centre, Ikea, Olympic Park & Concord hospital This gorgeous, huge character filled home is close to public transport and set up for your comfort and enjoyment to use all the lovely common areas and spaces. Set in a quiet street, we boast two seperate lounge rooms, a formal dining room, three bathrooms. two outdoor patios, a modern well equipped stunning kitchen . Swimming pool, pergola & landscaped gardens This house is in such a peaceful quiet street that is only around the corner from buses to Olympic park, Rhodes, Sydney City and Local train Stations. It is beautifully designed, filled with character and charm. It is huge and always seems quiet, peaceful and homely regardless of other guests because there are so many spaces to relax in that no one seems bothered with noise. This available bedroom is away from the rest of the house as it is upstairs in its private setting, aka as the parents retreat. It comes as an incredibly oversized bedroom that accommodates a King size bed, a modular lounge , wardobes and a large corner desk and chair. It gives you a real sense of escape as you have such a big space to move around in and you get to enjoy your own privacy from all other guests. The bedroom is also well air conditioned and has a lockable door. It is at the opposite end of the house to the other bedrooms so this adds to the feeling of escape. Its truly an incredibly unique space which is more like a studio than a bedroom you can access the whole house, inside and out, but just not other bedrooms I live at this address but if I am away I can easily be contacted by phone via air bnb or else I have a friend who lives here permanently and is available to assist if you require anything. I pride myself on a very clean and tidy house however as I have two rooms for air bnb guests, and a shared bathroom, then I cannot always guarantee that the place will remain sparkling clean during the guests stay. Breakfast by way of cereal, toast and spreads, tea and coffee will be available throughout your stay as well as basic bathroom needs of shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper. Spices and oil will also be available for your use to help make cooking easier for you Wifi is available as is Netflix on our smart tv Beautiful quiet street yet minutes away from shops, great restaurants, huge shopping centres such as Macquarie and Rhodes as well as byusiness centres and Olymppic Park. If you are working at Concord Hospital, or if you are a patient of family member, you could not find a more perfect location, a stones throw away. We are just around the corner (2 minutes walk) from the bus stop which will take you to many places including Ryde, Rhodes, Olympic Park, Burwood, Strathfield and North Strathfield Train Stations so you can also catch any trains throughout the city of Sydney. There will be other Air BNB guests downstairs however you are in the upstairs retreat with a lovely escape and your own lounge and bathroom to boot. regardless this house is so often very quiet and peaceful and guests are always amazed at how private you feel even though the house has other guests.
