Our home is a great base for exploring the Cotswolds. We offer a comfortable single room with a shared spotless bathroom. The house is situated near bus routes to Cheltenham & Gloucester. We’re only 3 miles out of the town centre, but our home backs onto fields & countryside. Breakfast included on request. Sitting room with table for work/dining on request. We also have 2 other rooms on Airbnb-please see-Cheltenham Cottage nr Staverton Airport single bed& Chelt Cottage with single bedroom/study You are welcome to use our kitchen to prepare light meals, tea and coffee is available. There is a sitting room with table for eating or working which is available for you to use on request. We have a peaceful garden with large patio. You will have the convenience of off-road parking. You will have access to our kitchen to prepare light meals and drinks. You are welcome to relax in our large garden, which has plenty of seating, anytime, unless we have a family event. Most people are happy to relax in our comfortable rooms and there is a desk in this guest room. We have a dining room, and conservatory both with dining tables and sofas; you will be welcome to use either, whichever is available during your stay. We are happy to answer any questions relating to your stay via phone or email. Cheltenham is a great town, having been voted the best place to live in the U.K. several times. It's a beautiful spa town with a great centre with Georgian buildings, well known for its shopping. There are many good restaurants and coffee shops. Cheltenham is also known for its festivals and the races throughout the year. The surrounding countryside is stunning with many pretty Cotswold villages to explore and great countryside walks. Nearby Gloucester is interesting with it's striking Cathedral. The newly developed Gloucester Quays with its outlet shopping centre buzzing with many restaurants and bars in the evenings, is worth a visit. We are within walking distance from an Asda supermarket, a couple of pub/restaurants, Staverton Airport and local transport.y It's very easy to get around by car in Cheltenham and there are plenty of places for parking in the town centre. We are 7minutes walk from a public bus service which takes you straight to either Cheltenham or Gloucester town centre. Cheltenham Arle Court Park and Ride service is 5minutes walk from our home and this service takes you straight into Cheltenham with buses every ten minutes. Cheltenham Spa train station is a 7min drive away. There is a coach stop, Arle Court, 7minutes walk away or alternatively Cheltenham Spa coach depot is in the centre of Cheltenham, 3 miles away.
