Cabin on Coweeta Creek

A quiet, out of the way place to detox from the hustle and bustle. The house is surrounded by beautiful mountains. You can stay in and relax by the creek in the backyard or go hiking on the nearby trails. The home is a great base camp for day trips to Asheville, Highlands, or Cherokee. Downtown Franklin is only about a 15 min drive with its great restaurants, craft breweries, gem mining and more! The house is a perfect place for your next family gathering (and it’s pet friendly too)! The house has 3 bedrooms and an efficiency studio with a pull out sofa and kitchenette. Heated tile bath floors and electric blankets for all beds. It includes a full kitchen and a dining area. It has a screened in back porch/game area and a laundry room. The living room has a wood burning stove to keep warm on those chilly nights. The backyard has a fire pit and approximately 100 ft of creek frontage! Guests will have access to the main house, the backyard including the creek, fire pit, and front yard/driveway. We live on the adjacent property and are readily available if needed. We are very close to Pickens Nose trail, Mooney Falls, Albert Mountain Fire tower, Standing Indian campground, as well as many other hiking trails. You will need a vehicle. Guests should note that the cell phone service is very spotty in our area however we do have wifi which guests can connect to with their smartphones.
