Room in cute house in Baarn (near A’dam)

This house is located on a quiet street in cosy and green Baarn. The house is recently renovated and has floor heating. Baarn is situated near Amersfoort (15min by car & 8 min by train), Hilversum (15min by car & 8 min by train), Utrecht (20min by car & 30min by train) and Amsterdam (30min by car & 45min by train). It is a 15min walk from the train station in Baarn and just a few blocks from the city center in Baarn. If you love being in a green town, Baarn is it! Lovely forest for hiking! The house has two bed rooms with two beds upstairs. The room at the front of the building is yours alone! A spacious living room and nice newly renovated and designed kitchen. The bathroom for the guest bedroom is situated downstairs. You can use the dishwasher, washing machine, espresso machine. If you come by car, you have a private parking spot next to the house. There is lush green garden situated on the left side of the house with plenty of space to relax either in the sun or the shade. My home was one of the first in the street and originally build in 1905. Some of the other houses are monumental and unique. Easy access by car and public transportation. Baarn is located between Hilversum and Amersfoort. Both within 10 min by car or train. Utrecht and Amsterdam are only 30/40 min away. Schiphol airport is 40 min by train (one stop over in Hilversum). Mitsy is the cat of the house. You can find her in couple of the pictures. She is very easy going. Please take good care of her as well :)
