La Grange Pommiers lends itself to large families and groups of friends. Large open living areas, plenty of seating areas, heated swimming pool. There is a beautifully-equipped playroom, 5 spacious bedrooms + a fully equipped nursery. It has a 24m lounge, 15m kitchen and large dining room. There is a beautifully-equipped playroom, three large spacious double rooms with high open beamed ceilings, one twin and one triple and a fully-equipped nursery for infants and two junior beds. 4 bathrooms with power showers and 3 baths including one spa bath. The play room has a TV, Video/DVD player with a selection of films and shows. The kitchen is well equipped with all the normal gadgets and tools you'd expect from a family kitchen. We have a heated swimming pool which is surrounded by a safety fence and self locking gate, 10ft trampoline, swings and slides in the lower shady areas. Access is for the whole of the barn, gardens and heated pool. Guest gain access via the main gates. We have a very helpful team of housekeeper/pool man and gardener all of whom arrive on Saturday mornings for change over days and those staying longer will only see them on their departure day unless otherwise stated. But they are available to contact in case of emergencies La Grange Pommiers is close to Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre, the location of the Jacques Tati film Jour de Fête. It sits in the traditional rural historic region of Berry made famous by George Sand and her association of Chopin. There are many country walks as you are in the heart of walking country, signs for sentier de randonnée lead almost from the front door and quiet lanes are great for cycling. and often regional cycle races come straight past the front door. Being in the semi rural location you will require a car to get about. La Grange Pommiers sits in the heart of semi rural location please respect the countryside and surrounding properties.
