Fully-fitted kitchen/dining and living area leads to a double bedroom with king-size bed, beamed and vaulted ceiling and oak floor throughout. En suite shower room with toilet and tiled floor. Also features exclusive and secluded cottage garden, with summerhouse, lawn and garden furniture. Shared laundry includes washing machine and tumble dryer. Generous welcome pack provided. Guest have full exclusive use of the whole cottage, cottage garden, summerhouse and driveway. Shared use of laundry room. Owners live opposite the cottage. I will greet you in person and be on hand to answer any queries. Cottage is located in the hamlet of Mill Corner, in the village of Northiam - 15 minutes drive from Rye. Semi-rural area; featuring fields, woodland, footpaths and farmland - perfect for country walks. Very limited access to public transport, car highly advisable. Guests are provided with a welcome pack including: teas, coffee, hot chocolate, sugar, milk, bread, butter, marmalade, fresh home-laid eggs and a home made sponge cake (vegan option available, please request upon booking). All bed linen and towels provided free of charge. Heating, water and electric also included free.
