Plenty of street parking. Perfect for overnighting instead of a hotel for layovers. The trains to Manhattan are 10 minutes away by bus and the buses are within a few blocks away. Close to many shopping malls and restaurants. Plenty of great Grubhub options as well. There are 3 large bedrooms and 2 full baths for your use and pleasure. -The master bedroom has a very comfortable Queen sized bed with its own private bathroom which includes all of your needs. We provide plenty of linens including towels, linens, and comforters ... as well as toiletries including shower gel, shampoo, and etc. -The other two bedrooms have double twin beds that can be combined to make them into a larger one. -There are also two additional futon sofa beds and multiple air mattresses in the living room. The space is suitable for supervised kids. -The kitchen is modernized with all stainless steel appliances for those who love to cook. We don’t not cater for more than 10 guest. —Any smoke damage will be at least $150 fee. ****NO ADDITIONAL GUEST ON ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS(All guest must be booked for prior to check in) Due to liability reasons each guest must be accounted for and included in reservation whether they stay over or not. We count based on people on the property NOT people sleeping over. —Extra guest fee after check in is $50 —-$30 charge each hour after checkout. ——An additional cleaning fee will be added if checkout procedure is not followed or excessive cleaning. ( cleaning fee is only for basic cleaning.)
