Each house has bright clean bedrooms ,bathrooms, kitchen, living room,large fully equipped kitchen-dining room and an open air BBQ pit - small kitchen with a dining table .A pool table and Salt water pool. If you are booking our listing with 4 bedrooms you will have access to house No 1 and house no 2 and all the guest facilities but do not worry we will not sell the remaining house no 3 to other group for your privacy, My guest can access all areas as my private villa is rented to one group only. You can check in 24 hours with host or my staffs (Morning shift and Evening shift ) . For your convenience .You will have total 3 house keys to lock gate and your house. If you wish to have early check in or late check out please let us know directly.However,complimentary early check in and late check out is subject to availability also we are more happy to store your luggages until your departure time or you might wish to use airport luggage storage service on the first floor which offer reasonable storage fee. Myself and our morning staff is present for breakfast cooking , daily room cleaning, garden upkeep or if you should need any help around the house or with bookings. If you need any help please let me know also I am always contactable 24/7 and will reach villa in 5 mins . My evening staff can communicate English and will work until early morning . You can also call our maid using the wireless buzzer located at the BBQ area of House no.2. We are located in south of Chiang Mai 2.2 kms from Chiang Mai international airport and 4.2 kms from Tha pae gate. Small groceries shop ,salon and small restaurant are within easy walking distance of the Villa. SELF CATERING: We appreciate our guests keep the villas' areas clean. TRANSPORTATION: Due to Chiang Mai's limited transportation we are happy to arrange local taxi or air-conditioned minibus with driver for a reasonable price.
