The accommodation is centrally located for walking, climbing, biking or just relaxing. Enjoy a bbq in your private garden! Pubs / railway / buses within 25-35minutes walk. Own toaster oven, fridge, plates. No kitchen, thus not self catering , only accommodation. Not suitable for children under 12 This stunning accommodation offers a unique experience with dramatic views of Froggatt and Curbar Edge. Leam Mews is totally private and set within a quiet farm. The main house and mews date back to 1557 and oozes quirky original features. This is a 2 story accommodation with the second story being a mezzanine level. The second bed is a pull-out fold-out bed. The accommodation is comfortable for 2 adult or 2 adults and a child and is perfect to sleep 3 adults, but 3 adults can make the accommodation very cosy. The pull out bed is on the ground floor. This old building does have lower ceilings downstairs. This includes the shower. The property has no kitchen so it is not self-catering, but it does have a small toaster oven and fridge for your use. The property does not have Wi-Fi and very poor mobile phone reception, perfect for getting away from it all !! Facilities include . Tea and coffee making . Welcome tray . Free Sat. Hairdryer . Iron and board (available on request) . Towels and linen provided .Secure bike/equipment storage Outdoor seating . Stables available for horses on request . Washing up Sink in next door building We will greet you on arrival and any other interaction is at your behest, we are happy to chat or if you wish, leave you to enjoy the peace and quite. Cleaning will occur on leaving, towels changed after 3rd night.( unless requested before) A rural location away from traffic, noise and street lights. Great access from the top of the drive way on the moors for walking, country lanes for biking or bridle ways for horse riding. Sit in your private gardens and enjoy the views in the day and the stars at night. Buses and trains accessible fro both Grindleford and Hathersage ( Hathersage is nearer ) Hathersage is about 20=25 minute walk to the station and bus stops, Grindleford is about 40 minute walk to the station and 20-25 minute walk to the bus stop Our water supply comes from a natural spring ( but is fully tested to make sure it meets all drinking water standards ) . The location is on a working farm so you never know you may see hay making, or cows and calves or maybe even tractor driving
