Guests will have access to a large shared balcony that overlooks the Ohio River and downtown area. Parking can be found anywhere along Kentucky Ave for free or there are several free public parking lots within walking distance. COVID 19 Update: We take the safety of our guests very seriously. In addition to our routine cleaning procedures, we will also be taking extra time to disinfect all touch points like door knobs, hand railings, light switches, remote controls, etc. in between each guest stay. There are also disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer available in the apartment for guest use.
