The surrounding lakes invite you to go boating or swimming. During winter, the Arber ski area is a paradise for winter-sports and facilitates skiing, snowboarding, and tobogganing. At 800 m, you will find the nearest restaurants and supermarkets. The lively and bustling town center at 1 km is great to wander in the evenings. This holiday home has indoor heating. It is surrounded by a large private garden, which has a large sunbathing area and playing field for children. On the balcony, you can enjoy the marvelous view of the valley while spending evenings together. Parking is available.
