Attractive townhouse in great area

Old house with modern features. Great living area, open fire and attractive bathroom with TV. Spacious and comfy bedrooms. Quiet street but close to great pubs, restaurants, parks and bustling Ecclesall Rd. Ten mins to the city and close to tram and bus services. Old and modern combined into one. Spacious and stylish house in a sought after area. Great living space with TV, open fire and seating area. Kitchen with large oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Two double beds and one single sofa bed across 3 rooms. Please note that the stairs in the property are steep and not ideal for little people or those with specific needs. TV, wifi and access to all appliances in the house. Towels and basics provided - milk and breakfast items. Anything else - just ask! Please note this is my home and not a hotel, so although I try to make everything as perfect as possible - it may not be 100%. There is an additional cost for any guests above 2 - this is because of additional cleaning costs. I usually give access to all of the house, but on occasion I may need to prepare the upstairs bedrooms for further guests and so ask these are not used, unless the additional £20 is paid. I don’t charge a cleaning fee to keep the price down, just the additional charge for more guests. I will be available by phone during your stay - happy to show you local area and be able to give lifts to the city at evenings and weekends if I’m available. Great place to live and stay! An old village feel to the suburb, but part of the inner city. My street is a small one in a busy, but laid back area. Within in 5 mins walk we have a good pub showing all major sports, a real ale pub, a local village style pub (complete with pianist on Saturdays), a large bistro/bar/pub with private dining rooms. We also have a great wine bar, 2 x Indian restaurants and an additional take out, a Chinese takeout, Chinese restaurant, fish and chip shop, local shop and an Italian Deli. Close by is a great park- Endcliffe Park - with some great walks and runs that end up in the Peak District. We are also close to Ecclesall Rd that has an array of bars, restaurants and things to do. A bus stop is about 1 minute away from the house with buses going every 10-15 mins to the city. Ubers are also available. Alternatively you can walk to the city in 20-30 mins and tram stop in about 15mins. City centre is 10 minute drive, about 20 mins on the bus. About 10-15 min taxi ride to the train station. Shared bikes are available in Sheffield and the nearest station is a out a 15minute walk away. If you want to ask anything - just let me know. No smoking or pets permitted.
