A comfy and clean room. Located closely to two shopping strips with supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and pharmacies and more. Easy public transport, with a tram stop directly outside the residence and a train station a 5 minute walk away. The CBD is only a 20 minute drive or 20 minute train ride. The residence is also a 5 minute drive from Chadstone. FREE WiFi and kitchen appliances only for simple cooking. The room comes with a 32" Smart TV. Digital TV is difficult to access but there is a Netlfix account ready for you to use. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers. Please note that the house has another room that is being listed. We also have two dogs; a very friendly border collie 'Bailey' and a energetic young labrador cross 'Lucy'. There is one bathroom and one toilet in the house; shared between guests and us (as such the bathtub is not to be used during your stay). Make yourself a home however please respect the rules and clean up after yourselves. Please note that if you are not allowed to bring guest(s) over without first informing me. I am usually home so I am happy to have a chat and hear about your adventures. My place is a 10 minute walk from Glen Huntly station; approximately 20 minutes to the city. The tram stop; route 67 out of the front of my place goes to the city, however it is a longer ride; roughly 50 minutes.
