Annually it is Freshly painted From the fireplace which does cause DUST from guests constant use- so we apologise in advance . BYO your own wireless speaker for music OPEN KITCHEN: Fully equipped with all your requirements including fully stocked pantry supplied with: butter jam vegemite oil, vinegar, cooking condiments, instant coffee, teas sugar. Airfryer is fantastic quick cook heat and serve and make the best hot chips and pastries. Electric oven and 4 electric stovetops, microwave, Breville toaster, French door fridge, and freezer dispense ice and water. Eat on the island bench or at three other dining areas. DECK: back Merbau deck that nearly goes around the whole property. Enjoy the back area with furniture full cover, outdoor fireplace, seating and easy entry to the bathroom. Small gas weber BBQ on the deck. BEDROOM 1: master front of house - very comfortable Queen size bed, doona mattress topper and four pillows, with a wardrobe & hangers. GARDEN: Beautiful loved gardens surround the home full of little knick-knacks. Birdlife will come twice daily please bring old bread biscuits etc King Parrots will feed on your hand. Birdseed is supplied but fair use is asked so other guests can utilise PETS WELCOME: we have had some issues this year. so our Rules Apply - we prefer only small dogs so please send us a message before first before you book NO MALTING ANIMALS are allowed in the house and especially the bedrooms at any time! All dog droppings to be removed completely we will inspect after your departure. If the rules are broken and the cleaners have extra work then we will charge you $50 extra to clean up after your stay. ALLERGY Alert: Cats are permitted to there is a cat enclosure in the yard and a kitty litter bin available too Bed linen is supplied along with one towel per person. Please be respectful. There is a full kitchen with pantry foods ready to use all you need is fresh food. If you use the kitchen to cook up a feast we supply all of the crockery for 6 people plus loads of serving dishes We now have an airfryer so, no need to use the oven give it a go.. it is expected that you wash up your dishes and pop the dishwasher on before you depart Bedrooms include duel AC units and wardrobe with space. Queen beds with toppers, electric blankets and layered clean linen with a fresh towel. There is no interaction we do not live on the property. BYO beverages and fresh produce all meats, eggs, and dairy you must bring. Our kitchen has all the dry goods and staples to cook all meals. including oil vinegar butter, condiments In the winter enjoy snow falls 20 minutes away and trekking in frost so divine In the Summer enjoy the lush green surrounds at their best. People don’t realise how much cooler it is up here. then Take a picnic walk down to the Yarra and sit in there for hours it's so lovely we have 4 chairs for and an esky for you to use. In Winter it's only 20 minutes from Mt Donna where you can Toboggan in the snow. The wood fireplace is always loved by guests Also, close by us is Redwood Forest which is a must-see, and the main drag of Warburton the Aqueduct is awesome for long walks or rides . I You need a car We offer ONE night stay including Saturdays , hence why the cost is a bit higher on our Saturday bookings. Roaring Fire- we will provide a starter pack with newspaper, fire lighters , and some kindle but you must BYO enough burning wood for your stay. We advise you buy 1x bag (s) of RED GUM WOOD per day, this can be purchased at any local petrol station and burn the best Our check in time is 2.00 PM - but often it is ready earlier so please ask (but never earlier than 12.00. Checkout i8s strictly 10.50AM housekeeping will arrive and start so please vacate on time To book extended times past noon we charge $15.00 per hour maximum 2HR
