Tellaro: sea & trekking cottage

Kitchen + hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, living area, 2 bedrooms/3 beds, 2 baths, fireplace, a/c + heating. Internet+wifi NOT accessible by car, only by foot (15') CHECK-IN: SATURDAY after 2pm Minimum stay: 1 week (options on request) Sea, olive trees, silence: the perfect place to write a book. The cottage is arranged on two stores and offers: - kitchen with hob, oven, and dishwasher, - living area with fireplace, - two bedrooms (one room with a king size bed and one room with two single beds) - two bathrooms (one with washing machine in it). - All rooms have air conditioning / heating with heat pumps. - Internet + Wifi TAKE NOTE: The cottage is NOT accessible by car, but only by foot on the trails of the woods, therefore is NOT recommended for people who are not so keen on this type of accommodation and who prefer a conventional one. Groceries and small shops, restaurants and the nearest beaches are close to the car parking lot where you have to leave your car. From there, you reach shops in about 5 minutes walk and the cottage in 15 minutes walk. Please, take note that because of the path, the cottage is UNSUITABLE for 10 years old kids or under, or anybody who doesn't like to walk uphill. The stone cottage has been completely restored in 2013, respecting the original architecture. Just outside you have one thousand square meters of terraces planted to property, nestled in the olive groves of Montemarcello park, where you can relax, sunbathe or take a scenic drink at sunset, looking at the islands of Palmaria and Tino. It's the right place for romantic couple, to have a relaxing holiday by the sea-landscape loved by Byron, Shelley and Lawrence. But it's also the right place for somebody who loves trekking and wants to experience the nature without renouncing on comfort. Outside, one thousand square meters of terraces planted to property, where you can relax, sunbathe or take a scenic drink at sunset looking at the islands of Palmaria and Tino. The place is recommended to romantic couples and small groups of friends who enjoy active and contemplative holidays. Tellaro is a 15-minute drive from the highway to La Spezia and Sarzana, where you will also find the nearest railway stations, linked to Lerici / Tellaro by a convenient bus service. The hiking trail crossing the cottage leads to Fiascherino / Lerici in one direction and Zanego / Montemarcello on the other; deviations lead to wild and uncrowded beaches, also recheable only by foot or by a public boat on Summer time back and forth from Lerici and Tellaro. In short, if you're looking for unspoiled nature, peace and relax you've found just the right place for you. WALKING DISTANCES (*) - parking: 10 minutes downhill, 15' uphill - tellaro (shops, bar, restaurants): 15' down, 20' up - beaches: 20' down, 30' up (*) flashlight required overnight IMPORTANT: MINIMUM STAY, 7 DAYS. But in a few minutes by foot you reach shops, restaurants, market, coffee, newspaper, and the sea...! If you don't have your car, you can easily take a bus to get to Lerici (10 minutes) or Sarzana (20 minutes) or the train station in La Spezia (40 minutes, change bus in Lerici). THANKS The cottage is reachable only by foot, about 10/15 minutes walk on a path into a Park. Not so difficult but you have to be aware that you have to climb a little bit. It's a wonderful place for people who like to create a solitude space.
